It depends on how you order. Single units through our webshop are always fully tested and functional — our A/B/C/D grades there describe cosmetic condition only. For bulk or wholesale fleet orders, we use a broader A/B/C/D standard that also covers functional condition, so lower grades may include disclosed defects at a lower price point. Either way, you always know exactly what you're getting before you order.

Process

Every device that passes through IT Trading undergoes a structured, documented refurbishment process. Nothing ships without completing all stages and receiving approval. This is our commitment to every customer we supply.

Sourcing
We source exclusively from verified European business leasing companies and enterprise fleets. Every intake batch is documented with origin records and fleet history where available.
Step 02
Triage & Intake
Each device is logged and assessed on arrival. Non-viable units are flagged immediately and removed from the batch. Only devices with a clear path to full working condition proceed.
Step 03
Full Diagnostics
Comprehensive hardware testing: CPU stability, RAM integrity, SSD health and speed, battery capacity, display quality, keyboard, trackpad, all ports, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Step 04
Repair & Upgrade
Identified faults are repaired or components replaced. This may include RAM or SSD upgrades, keyboard replacement, or hinge repairs where required.

Deep Cleaning
Thorough internal and external cleaning of every unit. Fans, vents, chassis, screen, and keyboard. Devices leave our facility clean and presentable — ready to use from day one.

Certified Data Wipe
All previous data is securely erased using certified wipe procedures that comply with data protection standards. Confirmation of data destruction is available on request.
Step 07
Grading
Each device is graded according to our wholesale A/B/C/D standard, covering both functional and cosmetic condition. The grade is assigned based on objective criteria — ensuring full transparency before the unit reaches the buyer.
Step 08
Packaging & Dispatch
Graded and approved units are packaged securely for transport. Dispatch documentation is prepared and the device is ready for business deployment immediately upon arrival.
Wholesale Grading

Understanding Our Wholesale Grades

As New
Fully tested and functional. Minimal signs of use. The condition our client-facing and premium deployment stock ships in.
B
Good
Fully tested and functional. Light cosmetic wear — scratches or small marks on the chassis — is acceptable. A missing adapter, battery, or accessory is disclosed per unit.
C
Fair
May not be fully functional — sold for repair, spares, or as bulk stock in its current state. Missing parts, BIOS/password locks, or component faults are possible and always disclosed before dispatch.
D
Salvage
Beyond economical repair (BER), scrap, or parts-only. Sold for component recovery or recycling — not as a working unit.

Wholesale grades describe functional condition, not just cosmetics. Every fault we are aware of is disclosed per unit or per lot before an order is confirmed — nothing is misrepresented to move volume.

1. Who We Are

International IT Trading, Lambertusstraat 3/0001, 3945 Kwaadmechelen, Belgium. Enterprise and VAT number BE 0803.721.808. We are the controller for the personal data collected through this website. For anything in this policy, write to info@ittrading.be.

2. What We Collect

Only what you give us yourself: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you use the contact form or ask for a quote, and your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter. Orders placed in our webshop are covered by the privacy policy published there.

3. Why, and On What Legal Basis

Enquiries and quotes are handled to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform it afterwards. The newsletter is sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link. Accounting and tax records are kept because the law obliges us to. We do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Who Else Sees It

Our email provider, so that your message reaches us and our reply reaches you. If an enquiry becomes an order, the parties involved in fulfilling it — payment, invoicing and shipping — are named in the webshop privacy policy. They act on our instructions, and processing takes place within the EU/EEA.

5. How Long We Keep It

Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, as Belgian accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept no longer than 6 months. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe; after that we keep the address itself on a suppression list, so that we do not email you again by mistake.

6. Your Rights

You may ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or ported, and you may object to processing. Write to info@ittrading.be and we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.

7. Cookies

This site sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It remembers your language choice in your own browser so the site opens in the language you picked; nothing about that leaves your device.

1. Parties and Scope

These terms govern the business relationship between International IT Trading, Lambertusstraat 3/0001, 3945 Kwaadmechelen, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE 0803.721.808 ("IT Trading"), and the purchasing company ("Client"). They apply to quotes and to wholesale and fleet orders agreed directly with us. Orders placed through the webshop are governed by the terms published there, and nothing in this document limits the rights a consumer has under Belgian law.

2. Products and Orders

All products are described accurately using our grading system (A/B/C/D). For single-unit orders placed via our webshop, all grades are cosmetic-only and hardware functionality is verified. For bulk or wholesale fleet orders confirmed in writing, our wholesale grading applies — Grade A and B units are fully tested and functional, while Grade C and D may carry disclosed functional defects and are sold on that basis.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per order and are valid for 3 days. Payment terms are prepayment in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, as is customary between businesses; prices in the webshop are shown including 21% VAT, as consumer law requires.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are confirmed at order stage. Risk transfers to the Client upon dispatch. IT Trading is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Warranty

Devices bought through the webshop carry the 12-month warranty set out in the shop terms — the legal guarantee of conformity, reduced to the minimum the law allows for second-hand goods. For wholesale and fleet orders, warranty terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing. All devices are fully tested before dispatch. Warranty covers hardware defects arising from the refurbishment process, not damage caused by the Client after delivery.

6. Data Wipe

All devices undergo certified data erasure prior to dispatch. IT Trading accepts no liability for any data found on devices after certified data erasure has been performed.

7. Liability

IT Trading's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from actual units delivered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and brand elements — is the property of IT Trading and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

10. Amendments

IT Trading reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
