Every device that passes through IT Trading undergoes a structured, documented refurbishment process. Nothing ships without completing all stages and receiving approval. This is our commitment to every customer we supply.

Sourcing
We source exclusively from verified European business leasing companies and enterprise fleets. Every intake batch is documented with origin records and fleet history where available.
Step 02
Triage & Intake
Each device is logged and assessed on arrival. Non-viable units are flagged immediately and removed from the batch. Only devices with a clear path to full working condition proceed.
Step 03
Full Diagnostics
Comprehensive hardware testing: CPU stability, RAM integrity, SSD health and speed, battery capacity, display quality, keyboard, trackpad, all ports, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Step 04
Repair & Upgrade
Identified faults are repaired or components replaced. This may include RAM or SSD upgrades, keyboard replacement, or hinge repairs where required.

Deep Cleaning
Thorough internal and external cleaning of every unit. Fans, vents, chassis, screen, and keyboard. Devices leave our facility clean and presentable — ready to use from day one.

Certified Data Wipe
All previous data is securely erased using certified wipe procedures that comply with data protection standards. Confirmation of data destruction is available on request.

Cosmetic Grading
Each device is cosmetically graded according to our A/B/C/D grading system. The grade is assigned based on objective criteria — ensuring full transparency before the unit reaches the buyer.

Packaging & Dispatch
Graded and approved units are packaged securely for transport. Dispatch documentation is prepared and the device is ready for business deployment immediately upon arrival.
Cosmetic Grading

Understanding Our Grades

As New
Near-pristine condition. May have a very faint mark under close inspection — most units are indistinguishable from new. Ideal for client-facing roles or premium deployments.
B
Good
Light cosmetic wear. A few minor surface scratches or small marks on the chassis. Screen is clean. Excellent value for standard office deployments.
C
Fair
Visible cosmetic wear on chassis and/or keyboard. Screen in good condition with at most very faint traces not visible during use. Great for back-office or technical roles.
D
Used
Noticeable cosmetic wear — scratches on chassis, signs of use on keyboard. Screen may show marks in some cases. Best value when aesthetics are not a priority.

1. Parties

These terms govern the business relationship between International IT Trading (Belgium, VAT: BE 0803.721.808) and the purchasing company ("Client").

2. Products and Orders

All products are described accurately using our cosmetic grading system (A/B/C/D). Hardware functionality is verified for all grades. Orders may be placed via our webshop or confirmed in writing for B2B fleet orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per order and are valid for 3 days. Payment terms are prepayment in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are confirmed at order stage. Risk transfers to the Client upon dispatch. IT Trading is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Warranty

Warranty terms are agreed per order. All devices are fully tested before dispatch. Warranty covers hardware defects arising from the refurbishment process, not damage caused by the Client after delivery.

6. Data Wipe

All devices undergo certified data erasure prior to dispatch. IT Trading accepts no liability for any data found on devices after certified data erasure has been performed.

7. Liability

IT Trading's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from actual units delivered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and brand elements — is the property of IT Trading and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
